By submitting User Content, you grant SAWA a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works from such content for the purposes of operating, improving, promoting, marketing, and providing the Platform and related services.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
Your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property.
SAWA’s use of your content will not violate any law or agreement.
This license may survive account termination where required for legal, operational, or legitimate business purposes.
5. Restrictions on Use of Platform Content
Except as expressly permitted, you agree not to:
Copy, download, store, transmit, reproduce, or redistribute Platform Content.
Use Platform Content for commercial exploitation.
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Platform.
Use Platform Content to build competing products or services.
Combine SAWA materials with other intellectual property without consent.
Violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. Copyright Infringement and Notice Procedure
SAWA respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice containing:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and its location.
Your name, address, email, and telephone number.
A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized.
A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
Upon receipt, SAWA may investigate, remove content, disable access, and take appropriate corrective measures, including termination of repeat infringers.
7. Third-Party Intellectual Property

8. Monitoring and Enforcement Rights
SAWA reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Platform for intellectual property violations. We may:
Remove or restrict access to infringing content.
Suspend or terminate user accounts.
Report violations to authorities.
Pursue civil or criminal remedies.
Recover damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees where permitted by law.
Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.

The survival of these provisions ensures the continued protection of SAWA’s intellectual property, business interests, and legal rights beyond the duration of your use of the Platform.
